I am currently working on an extremely HUGE project that I have had 9 weeks to do.  I should rephrase that a little.  I am just now starting a extremely large project that I have had 9 weeks to do.  It is due next week.  I'm am only about 5% finished. 

This project requires me to write a 5 course menu, 5 appetizers, 5 salads, 10 entrees, and 5 desserts.  I also have to write a recipe for each one of these items.  If my item has a sauce, I need to write a recipe for that, too.  The fun doesn't end there, I also have to do costing for these things.  I have to look up the price of every item, divide the price by how much of the item I am using, add that price to the prices of the other items, and then increase the total cost by 35% and I have the price of that one menu item!  I have to do that at least 25 times, but it might end up more like 35 times, because I have sauces.  And sauces have prices.

After all of that is finished, I get to write specs for every item.  Specs are made up of at least 5 categories.  Five categories for every single item on my menu.  Right down to the salt and pepper.  I'm so fucked.
